Dan is the Founder of Portfolio Thinking and the former Chief Research & Investment Officer at Morningstar, where he oversaw $350 billion in assets and led the Global Research and Investment Management teams. A theologian by training and an investor by trade, Dan blends analytical rigor with behavioural science and deep experience. His 30-year career has been driven by a singular mission to empower investors to achieve their goals. Portfolio Thinking has been created to continue that mission by working with financial advisers to create effective, scalable and independent investment propositions.
