Dan Parant joined Vista Equity Partners in 2024 and is the Global Head of Private Wealth Solutions. Mr. Parant is also the Co-President of VistaOne, Vista’s evergreen private equity vehicle, and serves on the Board of Directors.

Prior to joining Vista, Mr. Parant was a Managing Director and Co-Head of Americas Private Wealth at KKR, where he started the firm’s private wealth business in 2012 and led a team of over 50 executives focused on delivering private market solutions to financial advisors across wire houses, private banks, RIAs and independent broker dealers in the U.S., Canada, and Latin America.

Before KKR, he was a Vice President and Head of Alternatives Business Development for Intermediary Distribution at Neuberger Berman and previously was a member of the Absolute Return Strategies business at Lehman Brothers. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, Mr. Parant was an Associate in the Capital Markets Consulting group at Thomson Financial. Mr. Parant started his career working in Major League Baseball for the Tampa Bay Rays.

Outside of Vista, Mr. Parant currently sits on the Advisory Board of the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business Langston Wealth Management Center.
