She is an experienced COO, Executive Board Director, ESG Board Committee Chair, and has held a wide range of senior commercial, transformational change and operational roles.

Davina is a trusted ESG senior executive leader, and active sponsor of ESG initiatives. She is a passionate advocate of various DE&I initiatives, and a regular speaker and panellist at industry events.

Davina is currently acting as an Independent Advisor to industry Boards and organisations. She is also a Lay Trustee at The Royal College of Anaesthetists.
