Des is the Chief Operating Officer for Mercer’s Investment Solutions business in the International Region (Europe, UK & AMEA). In his role, Des is responsible for the delivery, maintenance and evolution of Mercer’s $200bn international platform including our liquid and alternative funds.

Des has over 20 years' experience in the asset management industry. Prior to joining Mercer in 2016, he worked for a number of firms across London and Dublin including JPMorgan and SS&C. Des is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (FCCA) and holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from Dublin City University.
