Diya is responsible for the company’s Investments business and growth strategy globally. This includes oversight for all of the firm’s investment services to clients, including advisory and implemented approaches and investment tools. She joined WTW in 2004 from another investment advisor as an investment consultant. Since then, she has held various leadership positions including New York Investments Leader, Southeast Investments Leader, Northeast Region Leader and most recently Growth Acceleration Leader for the firm’s Health, Wealth and Career segment. Diya is also the Co-Leader of WTW’s Global Gender Equity Network.

Diya has a BA from Macalester College, an MBA from Columbia University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder.
