Edward Catton is Chief Operating Officer at Liontrust. He is responsible for firm‑wide operations, governance, technology, and operational risk, including regulatory compliance, outsourced service oversight, cyber and operational resilience, and infrastructure delivery. He is based in London and works closely with the Board and Executive Committee on operational strategy and control frameworks.

Edward was previously Chief Risk Officer at Liontrust. In that role, he had responsibility for enterprise risk management, operational resilience, and the firm’s risk governance framework.
