Erik Bakker is CEO of OHV Vermogensbeheer, a Dutch investment firm specialising in wealth and asset management. Founded in 1932, OHV has a long-standing heritage in fixed income, credit markets and private debt solutions. With decades of experience in capital markets, Erik leads the firm’s strategic focus on fixed income, private credit and alternative investment solutions for both retail and institutional clients. Under his leadership, OHV has strengthened its position in sourcing, structuring and managing bespoke private credit strategies in a rapidly evolving investment landscape.

In addition to his executive role, Erik serves as Chairman of the Dutch Association of Wealth Managers, where he advocates for fair market conditions, industry collaboration and the continued professionalisation of the wealth management sector.
