Fiona Frick is a seasoned leader in the financial services industry with over 30 years of experience across investment management, capital markets, alternative investment and sustainability. She is widely recognised as one of the most influential women in European finance. Fiona currently serves on the boards of Bank of America Securities Europe and Mediolanum International Funds and actively contributes to sustainable finance through her roles at Swiss Sustainable Finance and Sustainable Finance Geneva.

In 2023, Fiona founded Circe Invest, a consultancy dedicated to enhancing strategic investment management for both asset owners and asset managers. Drawing on her extensive experience, she helps asset managers refine positioning and innovate products, promoting institutional frameworks with sustainable practices, while guiding asset owners on allocation, risk, and integrating alternatives and sustainability into portfolios.

Previously, Fiona spent over 30 years at Unigestion, a specialist international asset manager. As CEO from 2011 to 2022, she led a transformative strategy that grew assets under management from $11 billion to $20 billion. She broadened the firm’s investment capabilities, internalised a multi-asset team, and expanded private equity through acquisition—building a resilient model suited to diverse market conditions. Fiona also led a firm-wide sustainability roadmap, embedding sustainable principles across all investment strategies.
