Frank is Managing Director of the German Alternative Investments Association (BAI) representing +300 global fund manager and service provider from the entire alternatives sector (private equity, infrastructure, private debt, liquid alts, etc). He is attorney and active in the industry and in regulatory and governmental affairs for 25 years. The finance committee of the German Bundestag, the EU commission and the European Parliament denominated him several times as expert on capital market and investment law. Frank gives frequently speeches at national and international conferences on investment and regulatory topics and he is co-editor of legal commentaries on the German Investment Act and on the AIFM Directive and frequently publishes articles on topics related to alternative investments, sustainable finance and digital finance.
