Frédéric is Associate Director, head of the Sustainable Finance team at I Care by BearingPoint. He has 30 years of experience in the financial sector.

He advises financial institutions – mainly asset management companies, banks and insurance companies – on defining and implementing their ESG strategy, at the entity, product or portfolio, and underlying asset levels. He focusses on topics at the crossroads of a) the investment and financing professions, and b) the integration of double materiality impact issues, specifically around climate and biodiversity.

Prior to joining I Care in 2023, Frédéric worked for 19 years at Mercer, first as a senior consultant, then as head of the investment consulting business for France, advising long-term asset owners, locally and internationally, on investment governance, asset allocation, portfolio construction and sustainability. In the first 10 years of his professional career, he had gained experience in the banking and asset management industries.

Frédéric graduated from Ecole Polytechnique, ENSTA, Paris Dauphine university, and is a CFA charter holder. He lectures post-graduates at Dauphine Paris & Tunis universities.
