Ms. Weiss is currently the Global Chief Operating Officer and Senior Partner of Aon Investments and serves as the Chairman of Aon Trust Company LLC, an Illinois State chartered bank. Ms. Weiss’ responsibilities include the Operations, Commercial, Risk Management, Infrastructure and Product teams of Aon Investments with multiple teams in the US, Canada, the UK and India. She has a wealth of financial services industry experience, including global asset management, business development and risk management positions at a number of well-known financial services and technology firms, such as DTCC, SunGard, TD Ameritrade and Charles Schwab. In addition, Ms. Weiss represents Aon on the Diversity Project CEO Advisory Council, serves as co-chair of the NICSA Best Practices Mentorship and Sponsorship Subcommittee, is a NICSA Blackwell Scholarship Mentor and is a member of the Fiduciary and Compliance Risk Management Roundtable.

Ms. Weiss is a frequent speaker at both investment fund and banking conferences, as well as academic conferences globally. She has held variety of board positions including Advisor Trust Company, Benefit Trust Company, International Clearing Trust Company, SunGard Global Execution Services. Ms. Weiss has also authored several academic papers focused on various aspects of corporate governance and investment fund oversight. Furthermore, the Fund Platform Group recognized Ms. Weiss with their highest award for her Personal Contribution to the European Fund Industry in 2014. Ms. Weiss is currently pursuing a doctorate degree at the London Metropolitan University, researching the corporate governance of collective investment funds. She has received a MSc in Financial Regulation and Compliance Management from London Metropolitan University and a BA in Economics from Georgetown University. Also, Ms. Weiss has completed post-graduate studies at the University of Oxford, focusing on the transferability of the US master trust product to the UK pension system. Ms. Weiss has completed the certificate in Compensation and Employee Benefits Management from New York University and earned the Certified Investment Fund Director designation from the Institute of Banking, a recognized college of the University of Dublin.
