Graduated with a doctorate in applied mathematics, Guillaume joined Société Générale Asset Management Alternative Investment in 2004 as a quantitative analyst.

During the merger with Lyxor in 2009, he was entrusted with the management of absolute return funds, among others, and the development of quantitative methods such as smart beta, also incorporating a fundamental analysis dimension.

In 2015, Guillaume became head of Lyxor's active management division, managing a team of 40 people with €31 billion under management. In 2018, he became CIO of Lyxor, with €75 billion under management and advisory. He oversees the development and evolution of all investment processes. He also oversees R&D and the selection of third-party managers to whom mandates are delegated. He joined LBP AM as Deputy Head of Investment Management in November 2020.
