Harvey Twomey serves as Managing Director for BNY’s Alternatives Segment, where he oversees Private Markets and Hedge Fund client relationships.

He joined BNY in 2017 and most recently held the role of Global Head of Sales for the Markets business through 2025. Prior to BNY, Harvey was the Listed Derivatives & Markets Clearing Sales Head at Deutsche Bank and spent six years in Hong Kong as the Head of Distribution for the Asia Pacific region within the Markets Prime Finance business.

Harvey joined Deutsche Bank in 2008 from Merrill Lynch, where he led Prime Brokerage Sales for Asia Pacific. Earlier in his career, he held positions with HSBC Alternative Fund Services in London. He earned his undergraduate degree from University College Cork, an MBA from the University of Hong Kong, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Global Business from Oxford University
