Hazel's practice covers the full spectrum of advisory and regulatory aspects of the Irish funds industry.

Hazel advises clients on the establishment and on-going operation of Irish regulated investment funds and on the legal and regulatory developments impacting such investment funds. She has strong experience in UCITS regulation, in particular ETFs. In addition, Hazel has significant experience in AIFs authorised under the Irish AIFMD regime. Hazel also counsels service providers within the investment funds sector on their operations in Ireland and their regulatory obligations such as corporate governance, capital, and anti-money laundering requirements.

Hazel is an active industry participant, she is currently a member of the UCITS Working Group within AIMA. She is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, seminars and webinars on the areas of ETFs, ESG and the Irish funds space.
