Henrik Sandin is a Director, Principal Sustainability Specialist for Workiva. With over 17 years of experience focusing on the financial services sector, sustainability regulations, and corporate reporting, Henrik bridges the gap between sustainability best practices and practical implementation for global organisations.

Prior to joining Workiva, Henrik spent nearly 12 years at Deloitte in their Risk Advisory practice in London, Zurich and New York. Henrik held leadership roles focusing on financial service regulations, sustainability regulations and disclosure frameworks working closely with banks, institutional investors and public companies to align disclosures with evolving regulatory frameworks and stakeholder expectations.

At Workiva, Henrik plays a key role in helping employees and clients navigate the dynamic landscape of sustainability, regulatory compliance, and investor communication through technology-driven solutions. He frequently speaks at industry conferences and contributes to the broader ESG dialogue through webinars, panels, and thought leadership publications.

Henrik is also a member of EFRAG's Digital Reporting Consultative Forum advising EFRAG on the creation of the ESRS XBRL Taxonomy.
