With more than 20 years of experience, Hermin Hologan, EY EMEIA Wealth & Asset Management Sector Leader, is advising global asset managers, wealth managers and securities services providers in a number of disciplines including strategy, business model transformation, post-merger integration, carve-outs, growth strategies, cost transformation, regulatory driven business change and risk management. He is a member of several professional bodies, including the CFA Institute as a Charterholder.

By using technology as a tool to transform what a business can become, and people can do, his role is to help wealth and asset management clients build long-term value, deliver value for money to their customers, provide high-quality advice and efficiently allocating capital for the benefit of investors, society, and the environment.
