Ján Jursa is a board member and technology lead at Finax, where he has been since its founding in 2017. He oversees internal IT, product development, tech architecture, and major projects. He also heads the dealing team, ensuring automated trade execution for thousands of clients. Under his leadership, Finax built a fully digital platform combining technology and portfolio management. His work bridges asset management with innovation, reshaping how investment services are delivered in the region. He is also Chairman of the Slovak Debate Association, promoting critical thinking among youth.
