Jon Duncan is an engineer by training with an MSc in Environmental Science and over 25 years' experience in sustainable development. From 2010 to 2021, Jon led the development and implementation of a sustainable investment programme at one of Africa's largest insurers/long-term asset managers. He helped draft South Africa's first Responsible Investment Code, served on the UN PRI Global Reporting and Evaluation Committee, and is a Senior Associate of the Institute for Sustainability Leadership at Cambridge University. In 2022, he joined REYL Intesa Sanpaolo as Chief Impact Officer.
