Jun Li is a dynamic leader with 25+ years of experience shaping the financial services industry, advising credit funds, private equity, sovereign wealth funds, and global investment advisors. He combines deep expertise in fund structuring and financial products with a proven record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Jun leads EY’s Global and Americas Wealth & Asset Management practice. He has recently published EY’s Global Wealth Research Survey and Global Private Markets Survey, providing insights into global wealth transfer trends and private market investment allocations. A recognized thought leader, he frequently speaks at the Financial Times Future of Asset Management, Managed Funds Association, and EY’s annual Global Private Markets Symposium series. He serves as a member of the EY US Retirement Investment Committee (Defined Benefit Retirement Plan) “fiduciary” under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, ("ERISA").
Jun has spearheaded global teams to drive regulatory initiatives and led international assignments in the Cayman Islands, Bermuda, and India. In India, he played a pivotal role in building EY’s Global Delivery Centers for the Financial Services Office, accelerating operational scale and capability. Prior to joining EY US, Jun held senior roles at a global asset servicer and began his career in the Financial Services practice at Arthur Andersen. He is recognized for combining strategic vision with practical execution, consistently delivering measurable results in complex, global financial environments.
