Justin Highman is a seasoned bilingual economic development professional with over 20 years of experience across the public and private sectors. After an international career in trade, consulting, and economic diplomacy, he joined the Monaco Economic Board in 2016 to lead efforts in attracting foreign investment to the Principality. Appointed Deputy CEO in 2020, he continues to drive Monaco’s business promotion globally. He also serves as Secretary General of the Monaco Chamber of Commerce since 2021 and co-chairs Sciences Po Alumni Monaco. A graduate of the LSE, Sciences Po, and the University of Sussex, Justin exemplifies committed leadership in fostering international economic cooperation and investment.
