Kris De Souter acts as Head of Wealth Management Northern Europe & International Markets at CA Indosuez Wealth Management Europe in Luxembourg since July 2025, following the merger between Degroof Petercam and CA Indosuez Wealth Management. Previously, he held the position of Head of Private Banking and member of the Executive Committee at Banque Degroof Petercam Luxembourg from May 2020 to July 2025.

With over 25 years of international professional experience, notably in Luxembourg, Belgium, and the Middle East, Kris De Souter has demonstrated expertise in managing both traditional and alternative investments, wealth management and family office. Kris has worked for various companies, including Kredietrust Luxembourg, ING Barings Private Banking, Dexia Asset Management, Banque Internationale à Luxembourg, Oman Orix Leasing Company and Majid Al Futtaim Trust.
Kris De Souter holds a Master’s degree in Commerce and Finance (EHSAL, Brussels), as well as the CFA, CAIA and LEAP (INSEAD) certifications.
