Laurent has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has spent most of the past 25 years in manager and fund selection. Between 2000 and 2015, Laurent co-launched and headed the Open Architecture Department at Swiss private bank, Lombard Odier, in Geneva. He launched several propositions – such as multi-manager, manager of managers, single strategy and multi-Asset vehicles and established a whitelabelled SICAV dedicated to external managers. Laurent was in charge of the service dedicated to ultra-high net worth individuals at Credit Suisse in Zürich – where he set-up the first SMA platform in Europe dedicated to private clients. He co-founded Anglo-Swiss Advisors in 2017, a Swiss firm active in Manager Selection dedicated to banks, insurance companies and pension funds both in Switzerland and abroad. Laurent also has non-executive roles in the asset management and pension industry. He has been asked to join several international panels as a manager selection expert.
