Lesley Li serves as the CEO and co-founder of U Impact (impact4good GmbH), a company dedicated to mobilising private capital for the cause of sustainability. Before establishing U Impact, she had over a decade of banking experience at JP Morgan, Barclays and Mizuho in London. She holds dual Masters degrees in Finance and Industrial Engineering from the University of Cambridge.

In early 2020, she founded the mission-driven fintech startup, U Impact, located in Berlin. This startup has gained recognition as an award-winning venture and has forged partnerships with renowned organisations.

Her accomplishments include delivering a TEDx talk in Berlin in 2022 and being honoured with the Women in Fintech Powerlist recognition for ESG leadership by UK Innovate Finance in 2021 and 2022.
