Lucy Spencer is Chief Risk Officer for Private Banking and Wealth in the UK. Lucy assumed this role in 2021, previously having been Head of Product Development and Management for Private Banking in the UK and Channel Islands. Prior to this she was the Chief Risk Officer for HSBC Alternative Investments Limited & HSBC Management (Guernsey) Limited. She started her career at HSBC in the Global Internal Audit function covering the Private Bank, Asset Management and Securities Services businesses globally. Lucy qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte and in addition to her ACA qualification, holds a BA (Hons), MPhil and MA (Cantab) from Cambridge University.
