Though Manya has spent the last 12 years as an entrepreneur devoted to building fitness brands, namely THE BOXING HOUSE portfolio of boxing clubs www.rathboneboxingclub.com .

Her career started in investment banking 20+ years ago. After graduating from business school, Manya spent the next decade marketing and structuring fixed income derivatives in NYC (BNP Paribas), London (Citigroup, JPMorgan, BAML), and Moscow (JPMorgan). Manya holds a BA from Duke University (Summa Cum Laude, Graduation with Distinction in Economics), an MA from the University of Chicago, and an MBA from Columbia Business School (Beta Gamma Sigma, Dean’s List). Manya’s vision for The Boxing House is not only commercial, it is also personal.
