Marion joined AXA IM in 2016 as Head of Wholesale France, before becoming Head of Wholesale Western Europe – AXA IM Core. She joined AXA IM’s Alternatives division in 2022 as Global Head of Private Wealth, and has held the additional role of Co‑Head of Europe Client Group – AXA IM Alts since 1 March 2025, now BNP Paribas Asset Management Alts following the acquisition of AXA IM by the BNP Paribas Group.Prior to AXA IM, she spent two years in the Alternatives division of BNP Paribas Asset Management, before joining Franklin Templeton Investments as Head of Institutional Sales, and later Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management, where she spent five years as Head of Distribution Sales.
