Martina Sanow

Martina is a Partner and the firm’s Deputy COO, with responsibility for the firm’s operations including HR, Finance, IT and ESG. She has a focus on developing the firm’s talent and chairs Hg’s Diversity & Inclusion Steering Group.

She sits on the firm’s Valuation Committee and is also a member of the Client Services team, where she focuses on fundraising and ongoing investor coverage. She has been involved in the Hg 6, Hg 7, Hg 8, Saturn , Mercury 1 and Mercury 2 fundraisings.

Martina joined Hg in 2009 from Citigroup, where she worked on a number of capital markets and private equity transactions as part of the Nordic mergers and acquisitions team.

She is a Swedish national and holds a MSc in accounting and financial management from the Stockholm School of Economics and the University of British Columbia.
