Matthew Lamb is the founding partner and Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Asset Management, which he established in 2016. Since launch, the firm has grown to manage over $21 billion in assets under management, spanning multi-asset Adviser Solutions and a range of highly specialised, active investment strategies for adviser, wholesale and institutional clients globally, supported by a proprietary, technology-enabled operating platform.

Prior to founding Pacific, Matthew was Managing Director and Global Head of Liquid Alternative Investment Sales at Deutsche Asset Management. From 2003 to 2015, he worked at GAM, where he held a number of senior roles, including UK and Middle East Head of Institutional and Funds Distribution, and Global Head of Retail Multi-Asset Sales.
