Monika Calay is Director of UK Manager Research at Morningstar, where she leads a team providing independent research and ratings on passive and active investment strategies across equity, fixed income, and multi-asset funds.
She rejoined Morningstar in 2021 after previously serving as a Passive Strategies Analyst from 2015 to 2018. Between her Morningstar roles, Calay worked at Vanguard, first as a Senior ETF Analyst before advancing to Portfolio Consultant in the Portfolio Review Department. Earlier in her career, she held positions at Bloomberg and Morgan Stanley.
Calay holds an MSc in Data Science with Distinction from University College London.
