Group Head of Investment Private Banking and CIO at Edmond de Rothschild, Nicolas Bickel oversees all discretionary management and investment advisory activities for Private Banking clients in close collaboration with local market CIO's, as well as Advisory and discretionary management teams.

Nicolas has almost 20 years' experience in finance, and in particular in advisory and investment activities. He holds a CFA and a BBA in Economics from the Haute Ecole de Gestion de Genève. With his solid experience and recognized leadership skills, Nicolas has successfully and resolutely led the implementation and development of a global entity dedicated to the Group's advisory business. Prior to 2012, Nicolas was active as a trader in equities, bonds and derivatives. He began his career in finance in 2005 as a financial auditor specializing in the banking sector.
