Oi Yee is the CEO of ADDX, a private markets tokenisation platform headquartered in Singapore. She has been with ADDX since 2020, growing the platform since it obtained its licenses from Monetary Authority of Singapore to more than US$1bn in transaction value of tokenised securities and funds to date. ADDX has built a blockchain based platform and is able to democratise access to private market investment products by fractionalising and creating avenues for secondary liquidity.

Prior to ADDX, Oi Yee was the Head of Singapore Investment Banking for UBS, and before that roles with Morgan Stanley, Nomura and Citigroup. In her 20 years of capital markets experiences, she has advised many companies on their primary and secondary fund raising needs and worked closely with wholesale and wealth management distribution channels.

Oi Yee has and MBA from Manchester Business School and a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University
