Olaolu Aganga, Head of Portfolio Construction and Analytics, is a senior architect of Citi Global Wealth’s portfolio design and implementation framework within the Chief Investment Office. She also serves as a member of Citi Wealth's Global Investment Committee, responsible for establishing tactical asset allocation recommendations for client portfolios.
Olaolu brings over two decades of markets, asset allocation and portfolio construction experience to Citi Wealth. Most recently she was the U.S. CIO at Mercer, leading the team responsible for designing, delivering and implementing all aspects of Mercer’s investment IP across traditional and alternative asset classes. Prior to joining Mercer Olaolu was a Managing Director within BlackRock’s Outsourced CIO business, directly responsible for the investment performance of Endowment & Foundation mandates. Earlier in her career Olaolu worked at Goldman Sachs & Citigroup in trading, structuring and advisory roles.
Olaolu holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA in Mathematics from Smith College. She lives in New York City with her husband and young daughter.
