Ole Rollag founded Murano Systems in 2011, a spin-off from Perfecta Partners, a ‘think tank’ style management consulting firm that focuses on building businesses in the asset management industry. Murano is a bespoke matchmaking service that addresses the growing dislocation between asset managers and allocators. By reducing the time and costs involved in raising assets, and increasing the likelihood of an allocation, Murano is changing the way funds raise capital.

Ole was previously a Fund Manager at Nordea, specialising in derivative-based arbitrage strategies and was eventually Head of Alternative Products prior to leaving the firm in 2008 in order to set up a long volatility fund. Having started his career at the Chicago Board of Trade in 1996, Ole has over 25 years' experience in both the trading and the fund management industries. Previously, he worked at Societe Generale as a Fixed Income Fund Manager concentrating on complex fixed-income and equity derivatives and Carr Futures. Ole holds an MBA from HEC, Paris.
