Paul is the Global COO for WTW Investments with responsibility for over 300 colleagues across business and investment operations functions. Paul’s career spans over 29 years across institutional, wholesale and retail client types working for Deutsche Asset Management/DWS, Oxford Investment Partners (as a founder and owner) and WTW where he joined in 2013. Over his career Paul has worked in start-up’s, established new businesses within established firms, and has worked internationally spending 3.5 years establishing the DeAM/DWS brand in the Netherlands. At WTW Paul was instrumental in the establishment their funds platform and also served as Chief of Staff to the head of Investments before taking on his current role in January 2024.
