Profile

Penny joined Hottinger Group as CEO in 2025. She was previously Head of HNW EMEA Citi Private Bank. She has over 30 years’ experience working with private clients, family offices and charities. Penny began her career in wealth with Coutts before joining Fleming Family and Partners and more latterly was CEO Sanlam Private Wealth. Penny is also a Trustee of Pennies the Digital Money Box and Prism the Gift Fund.
