Philippe Seyll is Head of Clearstream Fund Services and Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Clearstream Fund Centre AG. He joined Clearstream in 2005 with a remit to expand the fund services business line and to deliver efficient processing solutions in partnership with the industry. Previously he was Managing Director, Head of Investment Managers, at Bank of New York, London and Head of Sales & Marketing managing the international sales and marketing team for Europe at Banque Indosuez, Luxembourg.

Philippe is Member of the Board of Directors of ABBL (Association des Banques et Banquiers à Luxembourg) representing the Digital Banking and FinTech Innovations Cluster and ViceChairman of Luxembourg House of Fintech (LHoFT).

He is Member and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Clearstream Fund Centre AG, Member of the Board of Directors of FundsDLT, Member of the Board of Directors of Clearstream Global Securities Services Cork and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kneip Communication S.A.

Philippe sat on the EFAMA Board and was responsible for the management of clients for France, Belgium and Luxembourg at SWIFT in Brussels.

He holds a Master’s Degree of Science in Management from Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) Brussels, a Master’s Degree of Science in Computer Science from the Université Libre of Brussels (ULB) and a Master’s Degree of Science in Mechanical Industrial Engineering from the Institut Supérieur Industriel in Brussels.
