Rachel found boxing late but still managed a ten year career, culminating in her winning the national title and boxing for England.

Upon hanging up her gloves she became a national coach and has recently been appointed as a development coach for GB Boxing, assisting the full time team train Olympic hopefuls. Rachel juggles her national coaching with running two successful Amateur Boxing Clubs, Rathbone ABC and Hawley ABC, and working as a Detective Inspector with the Metropolitan Police.
