Richard is Managing Partner and co-founder of Indefi, based in Paris and leading the company’s development. He manages client relationships and oversees the group’s strategy consulting projects. He has more than 20 years of experience in strategy consulting focusing on asset and wealth management, infrastructure and private equity, with additional experience in capital markets, banking and insurance. His scope of expertise spans institutional and distribution markets, public and private assets, organic and non-organic growth strategies, ESG and sustainability investing.

After graduating from HEC Paris with a specialization in finance, Richard contributed to the launch of the credit derivatives business at Société Générale before joining Credit Suisse First Boston in London, where he developed the structured credit business.

Richard is a regular speaker at industry conferences and a recognized influential thinker on the trends shaping the asset management industry. He lectures on alternative investments in the HEC MSc International Finance program (ranked #1 in the world by FT) since 2003.
