As Group CCO, Richard is responsible for IQ-EQ’s commercial and segment strategy, growth plans and go-to-market approach, and for nurturing a unified global commercial and sales culture with people at its core. His significant industry experience includes specialist sales expertise across private equity, private credit, venture capital, insurance, infrastructure debt and technology. Before relocating from Singapore to London and joining IQ-EQ in 2025, Richard was Chief Executive Officer for APAC at Aviva Investors, the asset management arm of FTSE100 insurance company Aviva plc, and prior to that he was Head of Private Markets and Alternatives, APAC at global investment management firm Franklin Templeton. He’s also previously held regional senior leadership positions with Algebris Investments, Morgan Stanley and BNY Mellon.
