After several experiences in consulting for financial institutions, Rémi CUINAT has held various roles in the insurance sector, spanning marketing, business development, product management, and communication.

Currently Director of Unit-Linked Assets at Generali France, Rémi CUINAT is responsible for the unit-linked asset referencing policy, counterparty oversight, and product innovation for savings and pension business lines. The role also includes oversight of middle-office activities—transactions, operations, and controls on unit-linked assets—for Generali France and Generali Luxembourg.

Since 2025, Rémi CUINAT is also a member of the Unit-Linked Head Office Team in Milan, with responsibilities covering product innovation, cross-country coordination, and operational oversight.

In addition, Rémi CUINAT holds several non-executive board member positions in investment funds based in France and Luxembourg.
