Roger is CEO UK, Head of Distribution for Europe and member of the Global Executive Committee at BNP Paribas Asset Management, one of the world’s leading investment management organisations with over 500bn AUM operating in 37 countries. On joining the firm in 2017 Roger was instrumental in placing sustainability at the centre of the firm’s global strategy and evolving its value proposition to being the sustainable investor for a changing world.

A globally respected leader Roger was previously CMO of Allianz Global Investors. Prior to this he was Global Head of Distribution and UK CEO at legacy company Dresdner RCM Global Investors. Financial News nominated Roger as Business Developer of the Year and awarded him as Top 40 in asset management for two consecutive years. He has been twice awarded Sales and Marketer of the year. Roger graduated with 1st Class BSc (Hons) in business management studies, is an alumnus of London Business School’s Investment Management course and Harvard Business School’s Executive Programme.

A Freeman of the City of London, he was later admitted as a Liveryman of the Haberdashers’ Company in 2004 becoming a member of the governing court in 2019 and is a member of the Board of Governors of Haberdashers’ Monmouth Schools. He is also a member of the CFA and Investment Association Advisory Boards. Married with three daughters, Roger was born in Holland, brought up in Switzerland and educated in England.
