Simon Redman

Simon Redman joined Invesco Real Estate (IRE) in 2007 and has extensive experience in real estate fund management, capital markets, fund structuring and marketing. He commenced his career in 1990.

Prior to joining IRE, Simon was a board director of RREEF Limited, head of business development and an investment committee member of its multi-manager business. He also spearheaded the development of RREEF's European and Middle East private client business. Simon also worked for Aberdeen Property Investors developing new funds and structuring debt. He was on the board of the Regent Residential Partnership. Before Aberdeen, Simon assisted in developing Grosvenor's fund management business through structuring, launching and managing its two largest funds.

His professional and educational qualifications include being a chartered surveyor, holding a Land Management Degree and an MBA from the John Cass Business School, specialising in corporate finance and international business and was also a lecturer.

Simon is a member of the European Executive Committee and the European Investment Committee.
