Simon Weiler is Managing Partner as well as Editor-in-Chief of e-fundresearch.com and PrivateMarkets360.com, two leading digital platforms for professional and institutional fund selectors from the DACH region.
Previously, Simon was a research analyst and editor at e-fundresearch.com from 2012 to 2019. As a secondary occupation, Simon has supervised the Bachelor's seminar "Finance" at the University of Applied Sciences bfi Vienna since 2014 and is a founding member of the lobby group "Investment Professionals Austria". Before joining e-fundresearch.com, Simon Weiler worked in M&A consulting and institutional portfolio advisory. Simon Weiler holds an M.A. in International Banking & Finance and is a graduate of the Big Data course at the London School of Economics. His publication "Dynamics of Cross-Border Flow-Performance Relationships" was awarded the CFA Austria Prize (2nd place) and Springer Gabler's "BestMasters" Award.
Through his FO holding corporation "SW90", Simon acts as an early stage start-up investor, private equity and real estate investor.
