Stevens Kelly is Head of Compliance and Risk at Artisan Partners Europe and Associate General Counsel at Artisan Partners Limited Partnership. Prior to joining Artisan Partners in 2014, Mr. Kelly served as a vice president, legal counsel for Guggenheim Partners, LLC. Before that, Mr. Kelly was an associate at K&L Gates LLP. Mr. Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and a juris doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
