Talia Klein is Managing Director and Head of Wealth & Investment Solutions at DTCC, where she leads a client-centric organization that delivers services spanning the funds, insurance, retirement, and private markets verticals. In this role, Talia drives the development of durable, scalable infrastructure that unleashes growth for partners across the market. She embeds automation, standardization, and modernization into the firm’s Wealth & Investment Solutions business, enabling clients to bypass complexity, unlock efficiency, and accelerate their evolution in a rapidly changing financial landscape.

For over a decade, Talia has developed technology platforms and advanced operating models to meet the evolving needs of market participants. Prior to DTCC, she led the digital asset product team at BNY, spearheading the creation of the firm’s digital asset product suite, including Digital Asset Custody – an industry-first platform supporting institutional investors – and tokenization initiatives. Before BNY, she held several product management roles at JPMorgan Chase and fintech startup Digital Asset Holdings, where she developed innovative collateral management systems using blockchain technology.

Talia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Barnard College at Columbia University and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. She is proud to be named as an inventor on one pending and one approved patent application
