Teddy has 15 years of experience in private equity and finance. He is a Partner and a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Teddy co-leads Keyhaven’s Investment Team, with responsibility of the firm’s activities in France, Southern Europe. His role includes managing the investment lifecycle, from sourcing new opportunities, leading due diligence processes, structuring and negotiating transactions, to managing exits. Teddy plays a key role in Keyhaven’s investor relations efforts, from fundraising to maintaining relationships with the firm’s existing Limited Partners. His responsibilities also involve fostering partnerships with key stakeholders within the European lower-mid market private equity ecosystem, including advisors, sponsors and management teams. Teddy currently serves as member/observer on the boards (or LPAC) of ProClinic; Surexport; Real Good Dental; Novation Tech and Buffet Crampon. He also represented Keyhaven on the board of the following past portfolio companies: Pet Network, Eanos Investments and Mazarine. Prior to joining Keyhaven, Teddy worked across several finance functions within British American Tobacco’s headquarters in London, where he began his tenure as a Management Trainee in 2009. Teddy holds a degree of Business Administration from the American University of Beirut, MSc in Finance from Cass Business School, and is ACMA qualified. Teddy is fluent in English, French and Arabic.
