Head of Distribution, Business Support & Governance at First Sentier Investors

Terry is a highly skilled and experienced general business manager with a demonstrated history of working in the investment management industry. Skilled in Asset Management, Market Research, Mutual Funds, Product Development/Management and Investment Operations.

In his current role he is responsible for providing general business management to the Distribution team and specifically leading governance and support activities across client services, client governance and locally, our CRM platform.

Sales and client relationship management efficiency and enablement is at the heart of the role. He is additionally responsible for the creation of quantitative and qualitative management information (incorporating market intelligence obtained across the organisation and externally) to inform our Distribution Strategy. Furthermore he acts as the primary interface between the client-facing teams and the operational, project and functional parts of the business for UK, Europe and the Middle East Distribution Teams.

Prior to this Terry was Head of Operations – EMEA and prior to this he was Head of Product – EMEA at First State Investments.
