Tilly is a Partner in EY’s Asset Management & Wealth practice. Tilly leads EY’s relationships with the largest US inbound asset managers across their UK & European businesses covering the full suite of EY services and business lines.

With 18 years of financial services industry experience, Tilly spent 4 of these years in Hong Kong working with financial services clients across Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining the Big 4, Tilly had client facing roles in global service providers including Royal Bank of Canada and BNP Paribas.

Tilly has MSc and BA Hons from the London School of Economics, and is a passionate Diversity & Inclusion leader in EY and industry. She sits on numerous steering committees, leads on client collaborations and is a strong voice and advocate for on gender, LGBTQ+, race and social mobility issues.
