Tom Stephens is Head of ETFs at Schroders, a global leader in active management. In his role, Tom works to drive the growth of the firm's ETF business, amid strong client demand for actively-managed solutions. Tom is responsible for building and executing Schroders’ global ETF strategy across product, infrastructure, distribution and client engagement. Tom is also the current chair of the Investment Association’s ETF Committee.
