Véronique is a transformation leader in European asset management with a proven track record in large-scale operational and digital change. Her international background spans CIB capital markets and asset servicing M&A before transitioning to buy-side after completing her Executive MBA at INSEAD.

At Amundi, as Chief Operating & Transformation Officer, she successfully led major M&A integrations including Pioneer, Sabadell, and Lyxor while spearheading the development of Amundi Technology. There, she created platforms like Alto PMS and commercialized infrastructure solutions, establishing herself as a key authority in WealthTech.

After her role at Montpensier Finance, where she led cross-functional optimization at the entrepreneurial asset manager, Véronique recently joined Allfunds to lead their French operations.
